For Practitioners
Jessica provides consultation for practitioners from a broad spectrum of modalities, including psychotherapy, massage therapy, somatic sex education and sexological bodywork, Somatic Experiencing® students and practitioners, acupuncture, mainstream medicine, naturopathy, those working in transformative justice, and more.
Working with clients as whole and complex beings, especially in an integrative fashion, can be challenging in a culture that subdivides people and their challenges, as well as separates people from collective experience and context. This becomes more challenging when working with clients with a history of complex, pre-verbal, developmental, and or pervasive/cultural trauma. Whether a practitioner intends to or not, the chances of having a client and/or group who is impacted by developmental trauma can, and often do, show up.
Jessica fosters an environment of curiosity and skill building to optimize working in a fashion that supports practitioners to feel and trust their own skill and expertise, while improving efficacy to help clients feel more agency and success.
Jessica is an approved provider at all levels for both personal sessions and consultations for Somatic Experiencing credit.
